Stefanie DeJong - M.A., R.P.

Registered Psychotherapist

Stefanie is a Registered Psychotherapist and a member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA).  Stefanie received her Masters in Education with a concentration in Educational Counselling at the University of Ottawa. She completed Level 1 Internal Family Systems (IFS) training in Winter 2023 and has completed Level 2 IFS training with the focus on Addictive Processes and Eating Disorders.

Stefanie has completed training on grief and is honoured to walk alongside those who have experienced various types of losses.  She also enjoys working with clients who are experiencing infertility as she has completed training on the topic.  

 

Additionally, Stefanie knows that for some who want to forget childhood traumas it can be very difficult. Stefanie brings a compassionate therapeutic approach that can help and heal childhood wounds that have been continuing to impact current day-to-day life. 

 

Stefanie has worked in a variety of settings including a family health team, a counselling agency, a university and Employee Assistance Program. Stefanie provides individual therapy support for adolescents, young adults, and adults. She approaches therapy as a collaborative partner journeying with clients towards their end goal.  Stefanie provides a warm, compassionate space for clients to feel known, heard, and accepted so change can start to take place.

Ashley

Hi!  My Name Is Ashley...

Ashley Wills, M.A., R.P. (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Ashley is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She received her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from the University of New Haven.
 

Ashley has experience working with adults struggling with substance abuse and addiction, depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, and life-adjustment challenges. She works alongside clients through life’s challenges, helping them build resilience as they learn how to redefine their lives by creating new ways of being.
 

Expansively, Ashley is dedicated to providing support to children and adolescents as they gain the skills and tools they need to face the road ahead. She has experience helping children navigate concerns including test anxiety, stress, low self-esteem, emotional regulation, grief and loss, family difficulties, and social challenges. She is enthusiastic about spending ample time developing a safe, trustworthy space for children and adolescents to share and manage their emotional and behavioural difficulties in collaboration with parents to best meet their child’s needs.
 

Ashley provides person-centred, empathetic services to individuals of all ages, viewing the client as an expert in their lives and capable of change. The counselling process can feel freeing and cathartic, and it provides a space to explore fears, insecurities, and difficulties adjusting to life. Ashley approaches the process with sensitivity, as growth is viable to experience a richer sense of life and well-being.

Caitlin Watson - MACP., R.P. (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Caitlin is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and is an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). She completed her Masters in Counselling Psychology at Yorkville University and today, continues to expand her skills through mental health trainings.  

 

Caitlin enjoys working with couples, helping them enhance their relationships, increase satisfaction, and address concerns related to infidelity and betrayal trauma. Her approach is relationship-focused and sensitive to the dynamics within partnerships.  Caitlin has completed Gottman Level 1 training.  

 

Additionally, Caitlin has also completed trainings geared towards individuals with anxiety disorders, OCD, panic disorder, and phobias..  Caitlin provides safe and non-judgemental services to individuals of all ages including children (8+), adolescents, adults, and couples.

Erin

Hi!  My Name Is Erin...

Erin Coffell, MACP., R.P. (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Erin is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an active member of the Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). Erin achieved her B.A. degree in Fine Arts at McMaster University and her Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) at Yorkville University. She has completed the Foundations of Theory and Practice Certificate through the Vancouver School for Narrative Therapy (VSNT) and continues to expand her skills through various body-based and trauma-focused trainings.

 

Erin has special focuses in chronic illness and pain, relational traumas, identity, and major life transitions. Lived experience with grief and chronic illness inform Erin’s capacity to respect the complexity of individual experiences and honour each client’s unique wisdom. She is also a proud member of the LGBTQIA+ community and prioritizes safety in the therapeutic relationship by adhering to an anti-oppressive, identity-affirming, and depathologizing lens.

 

Erin engages a warm, nonjudgmental therapeutic style to learn about her clients’ individual, social, and cultural contexts. She uses genuine curiosity, compassion, humour, and creative thinking to build an atmosphere where her clients feel at ease. Erin provides collaborative, integrative, trauma-informed individual therapy for teens, young adults, and adults.

Lewis

Lewis Lau - MACP, R.P. (Qualifying)

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Lewis is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and an active member of Canadian Counselling and Psychotherapy Association (CCPA). As a Brock University graduate, Lewis has received an honours B.A. degree in Psychology and M.A. in Applied Health Sciences. He has also completed a M.A. in Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University. 

 

Lewis specializes in working with adolescent and young adult clients navigating various psychological disorders, including anxiety, depression, OCD and ADHD. He is also passionate about men’s mental health, and takes a hands-on, client-centred, and trauma informed approach to help his clients understand and manage difficult emotions, while clarifying their core values. Upon clients’ requests, Lewis is also glad to integrate faith-based approaches that are relevant to the client within the therapeutic context.

 

Lewis has completed trainings aimed at supporting clients with OCD, ADHD, anxiety, and trauma-related challenges. He also aims to integrate mental health support with the development of clients’ academic, leadership, and relational skills within the therapeutic context.

Cindy

Hi!  My Name Is Cindy...

Cindy Rose - M.A., R.P., CCTP

Registered Psychotherapist & Clinical Director

Cindy is a Registered Psychotherapist (R.P.), a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), and a member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP).  As a graduate of Wilfrid Laurier University, she has earned an MA in Spiritual Care and Psychotherapy.

 

Cindy enjoys working with clients of all ages including children, adolescents, adults, parents, and couples. Her approach to therapy is client-centred and trauma-informed.  Upon a client’s request, Cindy is happy to integrate any faith-based approach that is relevant to a client, within the therapy setting.

​

Cindy has  completed extensive training in the area of trauma.  She is available to work with clients who have a history of trauma and/or recent life experiences that have been traumatic.   Additionally, she enjoys working with First Responders and/or their family members.

​

Cindy has completed the Level One Gottman Method training, and enjoys working with couples who are navigating changes and/or challenges within their relationship.

 

In addition to counselling, Cindy is an engaging teacher and communicator who has presented and facilitated training on managing stress, parenting and anxiety in children, trauma and spirituality, conflict resolution, and family dynamics, among other topics.

Cindy also meets the requirements of CRPO to provide supervision and is available for supervision  for qualifying therapists, and/or student placement therapists.
