Supervision Available with Cindy Rose, M.A., RP

Hi, I’m Cindy!

I am thrilled to offer clinical supervision to Registered Psychotherapists (Qualifying and Independent Practice) and placement students practicing in Ontario.

My supervision philosophy is all about fostering connection and confidence through collaboration. I believe supervision should be a supportive and enriching experience that helps you grow as a therapist while building on your unique strengths and abilities. My role is to mentor and guide you, providing opportunities to strengthen your clinical knowledge, refine your skills, and build the confidence you need to provide meaningful care to your clients.

Supervision with me offers a safe, welcoming space where we can:

  • Discuss and navigate CRPO ethics (e.g., note-taking, informed consent, and SEUS practices)

  • Review cases in depth and exchange constructive feedback

  • Explore your strengths and set meaningful goals

  • Develop your confidence and cultivate your unique therapeutic voice

  • Focus on practical aspects of growing your practice

  • Build connections with professional peers to foster learning and mutual support

Supervision is an empowering opportunity to enhance your skills, deepen your understanding of ethical practices, and grow your professional network. It’s about so much more than meeting CRPO requirements—it’s about building your confidence, expanding your expertise, and connecting with others who share your passion for making a difference.

Whether you’re just starting out or looking to elevate your practice, I offer in person or virtual supervision in individual, dyadic, and group formats to support your unique journey.

About Cindy As a Clinical Supervisor

I’m a Registered Psychotherapist with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO) and a certified member of the Ontario Society of Registered Psychotherapists (OSRP). • The National Institute of Trauma and Loss in Children

Professionally, I have been providing clinical counselling for individuals, couples, and families for eight years. Before that, I spent 25 years as an ordained minister, offering spiritual care and pastoral counselling, with a focus on children, adolescents, and families. In addition to my counselling work, I have led hundreds of workshops on topics such as healthy boundaries in leadership, fostering healthy team dynamics, burnout prevention, and emotional well-being.

Within my growing private practice, I work with a wide range of presenting issues, including:

  • Anxiety

  • Depression

  • Addictions

  • Trauma and abuse recovery

  • Relationship challenges

  • Parenting

  • Life transitions

  • Stress management

  • Grief and loss

  • Family dynamics

I integrate a trauma-focused, client-centred, holistic approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including:

  • Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT)

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

  • Attachment Theory

  • Mindfulness

  • Art Therapy

  • Solution-Focused Therapy
