At Wellness Counselling Centre, we provide trauma-informed, client-centred therapy services for individuals of all ages, couples, and families. Our Masters-level Registered Psychotherapists specialize in evidence-based approaches, including CBT, Somatic Psychotherapy, IFS, DBT, and Gottman Method, to support challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, and relationship difficulties.
