ADHD (Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder) is more than just difficulty focusing—it can impact executive functioning, time management, emotional regulation, and self-esteem. Understanding ADHD
ADHD can affect people of all ages, often showing up in different ways. It typically falls into one of three categories:

Predominantly Inattentive Type – Trouble focusing, forgetfulness, difficulty following through

Predominantly Hyperactive-Impulsive Type – Restlessness, difficulty sitting still, impulsive decision-making

While ADHD is often diagnosed in childhood, many adults also struggle with undiagnosed ADHD, impacting work, relationships, and self-esteem
ADHD IN ADULTS
ADHD symptoms in adults may look different than in childhood, often leading to challenges in organization, motivation, and emotional regulation. Some adults may not have been diagnosed as children, leaving them to navigate ADHD without proper support
