Join Our Team at Wellness Counselling Centre - Supporting Clients in
Moving from Hurt to Hope

Wellness Counselling Centre is a group of Registered Psychotherapists, offering individual, couple, and family counselling to clients ages 12 and up. We are more than a therapy practice—we are a compassionate, collaborative team that believes in meeting clients exactly where they are.

Rooted in trauma-informed, client-centred care, our work embraces a holistic approach that honours each person's lived experience. Whether someone is navigating a difficult life transition, experiencing relational challenges, or recovering from trauma, we strive to create a calm, non-judgemental space where healing and growth are possible.

Many of our clients come to us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck—on the outside, they may appear to be managing, but internally they may be anxious, shut down, or uncertain about how to move forward. Others are parents seeking support for their children or teens, unsure where to turn after exhausting all options.
